Cycles of intense motivation followed by periods of frustration are common. Couple that with racism, lack of representation, and the socio-economic constraints that many minorities face, and the path to hope can seem blocked.<\/p>\n<p>But here\u2019s the thing: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.additudemag.com\/building-resilience-in-children-with-adhd\/\">Resilience<\/a> isn\u2019t born out of ease; it\u2019s forged in the fire of adversity. Hope is the cornerstone of resilience, and it reminds us of our power to heal and create a future that honors our potential.<\/p>\n<h2>Building Resiliency to Sustain Hope<\/h2>\n<p>Fostering hope requires individuals to look beyond their immediate struggles and envision a future in which their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.additudemag.com\/what-is-adhd-symptoms-causes-treatments\/\">ADHD<\/a> does not define their limitations, but instead, highlights their unique potential.
